With much enthusiasm and excitement, Leo Club of Singapore Raffles City was formed on 25 July 1993 and was led by Leo Helen Ang, the founding President. The club was formed to accommodate to like-minded young adults who wish to continue to make a difference in the lives of the less fortunate in the society and to make a difference in their own life. |
